And no its not ScarySquirrel's Helen :D

The last 2 where shot with the mental 14-24mm on full frame so are distorted to the max but that was the idea ;)

I would say I preferred your last series with Helen, but some good shots here as well. Out of the set I prefer images 2 and 4, 4 edging out as my favourite. The last two although you say are intentionally distorted I would say they're overexposed as well? Notibly blown on her left arm (our right) which takes away some of the quality of the image I'm afraid.

I did process them overexposed as its in Vogue at the moment :D

Love the last two.

Thanks, was first time I tired it on a Model with the 14mm and although would not work on everyone think she looks funky.

The white balance over the shots seems extremely varied. I think it would be a more coherent set if you stuck to one style of processing.

I think you would see a world of different in your shots if you introduced an off camera flash to light your model, shooting through an umbrella or softbox. The compositions are good but 1 and 4 would certainly benefit from some flash.

Really good set, I love #5 although not sure if #6 is a little too distorted. And #3 could have done without having her hair cropped.

Anyway just my own thoughts but overall I'd say they are a cracking set.

To be honest I had been shooting for a client (not these pictures) and had just packed up my softbox/flash when on the way back saw the stairs so grabbed a few shots and could not be bothered to set up the softbox again but in the end just used one hand held flash on the last 2. As for the processing I just like using different ones to see what people like.
