hi i have some more issues with a new overclockers primo trinity system running W7 home premium.

1. usb device not recognised - this is with a 6 month old canon printer (working fine on old xp system). w7 has all updates and i have tried new drivers etc but don't seem to be getting anywhere. my usb stick is working ok in the usb ports.

2. if i turn off the power supply, upon turning the system back on i have issues obtaining a network connection -(bt homehub) and am only able to re-instate a connection after running through W7 repair diagnostics. this was not an issue with the old system.

have not run into these issues before on other systems.

is it ok to deal with these issues here..or should i contact overclockers customer support.

contact customer support....

is it 32bit or 64bit your using?

you can run the printer in compatability mode for xp sp2 (but you shouldnt really have to)

im taking it your old xp was 32bit?

if so have you installed the 64bit drivers from the makers website and not the free drivers disk they give you?
