Well i got a cheap sainsburys TTD steak, so not nearly as sexy as yours kahn. What oil do you recommend I use, I only have olive oil but have also found some walnut oil?
Steak was amazing, especially for £1.70. But unfortunately I overcooked it so it was well done rather than mediumish. O well I used to only do black as charcole so not too bothered. That was 4 mins either side and 2 mins sitting in a cold oven.
I've gone completely off steak in this country I went to Canada last year and went to Bumpers and had the best steak of my life, haven't been able to touch steak over here now that I know how it should taste..
