More on first overclock

I posted a thread showing my first overclock a while back, but I've changed a bit now, so just thought I would see what people think

E4500 @ 3.0Ghz (375*8) - 1.4V in BIOS 1.360V in windows
2Gb Giel Ultra Low PC6400 @ 900Mhz 5-5-5-15

Mobo is a Gigabyte DS3L (P35)
Ati 3870XT to finish it all off.

Temps don't exceed 50 (give or take 2 for room conditions)

Realistically I wanted to get 400*8 and have the ram at 1:1, but I can't seem to get it stable at that.

That would put the CPU at 3.2. And I haven't been able to get it stable, without using excessive voltage which just isn't worth the risk. I think it was around 1.46 in windows, still not stable under any load

It was more the 400fsb I wanted, for the ram mainly. I'm happy with where it is, just wanted to make sure that I hand't done anything stupidly wrong really.
