more power without more cooling?

Hi Im pretty much a complete novice to overclocking, I just bought this system and want to get some more power out of it if possible without changing the cooling system, its being used for a 3d animation workstation to run softimage xsi so it will be left on for extended periods of time and need to be stable, anyone got any ideas of where to start what software to use? Im running vista ultimate 64bit if that helps,

Claimed... Finally :D

You'll be able to get a small overclock on the stock cooler, but not much. Read the overclocking guides on the forum, and you'll have a better understanding :)
