More problems following new gpu and underclocking

Hello , a few days ago installed my new gpu however it raised the temp so i had to underclock my cpu back to 3.6ghz now all my games have problems ? skyrim makes my guy run fast and sort of glitch from one screen to another a few feet a head , hitman has a line down the screen with one side having a black shade over it and the other normal? Now far cry 3 wont let me sign in on uplay ?
 
Not being able to sign in on uPlay is nothing to do with your gpu or overclock to be honest.

And the gpu raised the temp of your CPU how? Because there was more heat in the case? IF you so you need more fans to counter the extra heat from the GPU, not underclock the cpu.
 
Ok thanks , yeah it jus tseemed strange that after i done this it wouldnt let me use far cry ,So do you think that it was the underclocking that causes the problems on the games?
 
I would be very surprised underclocking caused the problem, out all the speeds back to factory default and then see what happens. Also as stated above what temps are you seeing and is your cause a decent ventilated one?
 
Well before underclocking it would hit about 85 then restart, Yeah the case is well vented big side panel with holes and a 120mm intake , and intake at thr front bottom and an exhaust at the back, it idles at around 30 without the overclock
