Got 16gig of samsung green to install plus the 2gig of onboard vram on g/c. Thats 2gig more than my win7 64bit can use. Will using more ram than win 7 home premium can use make any difference in stability or performance?

You'll be fine as long as you use 64 bit Windows.

The VRAM doesn't count towards the 16GB of RAM that 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium can use.

Professional can utilise up to 192GB of RAM if you can find a system that supports that much memory :D

Be aware that the memory controllers in sandybridge and ivybridge CPU's can only address 32GB of ram.

I know I know, I was just saying that if you install it on a system that can have that much RAM then it is possible...

Even the EVGA SR-X Dual E5 board can only support 96GB of RAM.

I should have made myself more clear.
