I was wondering if anyone has this mb Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H AMD 890GX running with all the memory banks full. I was thinking of getting another 4gig ,but when i have run with four dimm slots full in the past i have had trouble

I would suggest that you simply get a 2 x 4GB set. They are not that expensive and prevent any of the hassles associated with trying to get 4 sticks (2 kits with different SPD each) to play nice together.
