Hi,
I'm looking to have a 3 screen setup as I already have dual but is it possible to do this without the matrox adapter?
The windows vista site suggests its possible with 2 graphics cards that use the same driver. I also thought I saw that crossfire support would also enable greater than 2 monitors. Has anyone got any of these setups?
Thanks,
Anthony

You'll need another graphics cards, If you already have an ATI/nvidia card then just get another cheaper one

You can do 2 screens with crossfire, if you want more just disable crossfire and your extra screen should be automatically enabled, takes about 20 seconds for it to do it.

Do you have /need crossfire? It would be easier to have another quiet passive gfx for display only.

well I've got a 4870 so probably not. probably just for for a cheapy ati for bog standard display stuff and save the cash and cooling issues.
Cheers guys.
