More Thermaltake Goodness......

Sounds as though they really have gotten their act together with the combined systems then.

Also seems to be a standard setup regarding dimensions.

May be a worth a look into if I get any money ever, seems a little feature rich for the money as most Thermaltakes do but that may just be your pricing.
 
It is Thermaltakes Market feature packed and they have actualy taken it a step further this time. By the looks and feel of things they have a good OEM who have made the cooling solutions as I said previously a lot more comprehensive than the big water stuff previously used.
 
sorry for maybe being really dim but apart from price and colour whats the different between the 2 kandalfs? (Thermaltake VD4000BWS and Thermaltake VD4000SWA)

i must admit the Thermaltake VD4000BWS LCS Kandalf Full Tower - Black (CA-045-TT) looks stunning, massive rad - awsome price - as much as i never saw myself saying this about a kandalf but it looads rather nice too :(

might just have to purchase on of these next week :D

this is also gonna sound dumb.. i assume these ship with a bottle of liquid to fill the system up and top it up over time? or will i have to go and get my own stuff?

The material is different aswell, the silver is made from aluminium and black is steel, aluminium one is lighter but resonates and probably destorts more.
 
oh okies, cheers - Black one it is tbh, just for the little saving (im a student =)

yeah, i think one of these is gonna arrive at my house in the not to distant future =)

Not all aluminium cases resonate you know, and it probably does not distort any more than the steel one.

Its just the colour, and Thermaltake being Thermaltack and trying to savea bit of dosh in my mind.

Go with the one you like the colour of best, do not let anything else influence your decission.

Its price low enough for what it is now. If it was any lower I would be wanting to try it out. :p

Going to get my hands on a Kandalf when I get some money, or someone else does!

Certainly does look quite good for an all in one solution, maybe not to the scale of a Koolance system but I am certainly being hopeful that it can compete with a general mid range of the shelf kit.

Incidentally, Mightymatt - how do you find your x850 xfire? Have one card and a xfire board and wondered if it was worth the upgrade? I'm not runnin resolutions past 1440x900 (i know 850 xfires limit at 1600) so will it make much of an impact?
