I currently have a AMD based system with an AMD 3500+ cpu, Nvidia 5900 FX, and 1 GB Ram.
My mobo only takes AMD processors but will accept dual core. My graphics slot is AGP 4/8.
I really only use my PC for games so im not really sure if I need the mulitasking capabilites of the dual core. What would you say is the best value for money CPU that I should be looking for ? I will probably also upgrade m graphics card and double the memory in the near future too.
Basically Im after some more grunt wihtout having to change motherboards.
