quite pleased to be able to get on here as ive been blocked on the nhs server since i started here. cool i can now read the forums whilst on break, anyhow just thought id say good'mornin!

Morning peeps! Dunno why but in the last week my body clock has readjusted itself so I'm now getting up around 0700 rather than going to bed at that time.
