I'm playing through Morrowind (system not good enough for Oblivion :( )

I'm only at the stage of just retreiving the Puzzle Box but I am doing a lot of the side quests for the guilds and raiding the caves etc. Currently at level 10.

Do I need to complete the game before getting the expansion sets? (can't remember the names off top of head think there are two of them) Will I see any benefit at my stage in the game worth if I buy and instal now?

Thanks

Tribunal and Bloodmoon are both extra content for AFTER youve at least done the main morrowind quest. Tribunal is hard in quite a few players so you need to have a high level char to do its main quest. Bloodmoon is insanely hard unless you have a VERY high level character lol.

Personally id do the morrowind main quest then try get guild master with a few places for better gear and fame then try tribunal etc

If any do Tribunal its the easyest out of the two. Remember that you can go backwards and forwards between the two if you get stuck. Give it a try and if its too hard come back to morrowind for a bit to level up. Bloodmoon is hard but if you can manage to get around a bit there are some exelent items that are easy to get. I wont give spoilers, but tell me if you want to no where.

Having the Tribunal expansion installed does have one major advantage: you get a free source of money every now and again (no further clues). Other than that it makes no difference. Just be aware that beating the main quest for Bloodmoon > Tribunal > MW. As you'd expect.

Another major advantage of having the expansions installed is that will enable you to use any of the mods that are out there.
If you have some spare performance in your system try some of the retexturing mods, if not there are plenty of other mods that will not give you an fps hit.
Look for better heads and better bodies
Personally I think Tribunal is the best of the set and am considering starting up another game as I'm not to sure about Oblivion at the moment, there are a number of aspects to the gameplay I'm not happy with.
