Morrowind III

Was talking about Skyrim with mates when this popped up, with everyone having played it except me.

My mate said that there's some quests you can do that break the game or something like if you do them in the wrong order and apparently it's very buggy/glitchy.

So... what mods/fixes/patches do I need to download and install in order to get the most out of this game? I've just had a quick YouTube search on HD graphics and this came up:

Sorry a total noob at these games i've bought Oblivion IV on Steam but not played it yet so i'm new to this Morrowind/Oblivion saga.

I was thinking 'christ when did i miss Morrowind 2'!!
Its The Elder Scrolls III : Morrowind and The Elder Scrolls IV : Oblivion.
Got excited then...

The overhaul mod is great, no bugs for me so far. Google for his website and follow his very easy instruction (in pdf and on youtube). Dead easy if you follow the youtube vid instructions.

So if i install morrowind, do i just need to install the graphics mods and thats it? or the offical patches too.

What about getting it in widescreen?
