Morrowind

Morrowind is by far the better game, although you will want to download some graphics packs to update it :).
 
Technically It is better than Oblivion, and the mod support is excellent. But I just can't go back to that combat system and graphics.
 
Morrowind is awesome! I spent hours and hours on that game and never got bored. The combat system is fairly basic as people have said but I really didn't care.
 
So many of my mates keep telling me Morrowind is an ace game but I just can't get into it after playing oblivion. I think it would have been a bit different had I played this first and then played oblivion.
 
Probably the most important mod you can get for this is the one that makes the Cliff Racers extinct. they are probably the most annoying monsters in a game I have ever come across.:mad:
 
Rather than removing all of the Cliff Racers, I used to use a mod which stopped the suicidal tendancies of most of the smaller animals.
Making the Cliff Racers less aggressive, i'd recommend it.

It also stopped every passing Scrib from paralysing you unless provoked. :p
