just had a look into this and Shao Khan is a pre-order bonus and you get included 'Kombat packs' in the 'Premium' version so assume characters/skins which will have to be bought if you get the standard. :(

Think I'll get the Switch version.

The last 2 mortal kombats had so much content for me that I trust they will do a good job again this time and will happily pay the £60 for game with character pass. I had 200 hours on 9 and 300 hours on 10 so I think I get my money worth out of them and I wanna support them for bringing it to pc same time as console which is big plus for me.

It isn't often I pay full price for game, before this the most I ever paid is probably £35.

So many times pc games get left behind, they could have done same as they did with injustice and leave it 6 months, that would have really ruined the game for me tbh.

I might just send them some chocolates for thinking of me :)

Edit: I send them a thankyou card and chocolates via twitter.

So, despite dramatically reducing boob/cleavage and covering all the women head to toe, as well as giving them masculine faces... the SJWs are still outraged! They don't like Ronda Rousey because she doesn't agree with trans vs women in MMA, bloody ridiculous, if you think that should be a thing your a moron, the woman would get destroyed.

Game looks good though, the finishing blows (weird name) are a godsend albeit a little bit of a Tekken/SF4 rip off. Wish we could have seen more with the variantions though, they were a big deal in MKX.

Hardly a quick time event, quick time events only give you a very limited time to hit the buttons, this lets you do it at anytime during a certain health state.
 
Anyone got a list of characters that are confirmed?

I did see Jade mentioned somewhere so hopefully that is true, I really like the stick combo's and ninja star.

They've only confirmed the ones in the videos so far. 7 out of 25 i think.

This is the new mortal kombat, it will have different cast, animations are better, backgrounds are better, kustomisable characters and moves, new story, new mechanics, new towers, new moves.

Have a look at the game play reveal trailor it's pretty big step up from the old one. It's the best looking fighting game I have ever seen.

It looks the same as X to me. We'll see when it launches.

On mkx anytime you done xray or fatality or interaction the characters would drop to a really low resolution (the skeletons were especially bad) and 30fps. Also on mkx the character didnt have much character animation when fighting just instant from one move to the next.

They are the biggest stand out visiual improvements for me. (The animations, fatal blows, fatalities)

For example that a look at the sonya fatal blow, it has a ton of detail and looks stunning and compare that to a very plain looking low res 30fps xray off mkx.
