Mortal Kombat: Deception (X box) doesn't run on the 360??? Help please.

Apparently it is supported by the 360 and I have updated my console to the latest backward compatibility update but the game shows the first intro screen then crashes back to the 360 dashboard saying there was an error?

Any ideas?

Faulty disc? Odd that it would load some, not all.
Try contacting Microsoft gaming about it?
