Most anoying popup in the world!!!! help

Please , i have tried everything to get rid of this well anoying box that pops up 6/7 times when logging into the bay. how do i disable this pos

its weird because it just started popping up all of a sudden, i didnt change any settings or anything.

check your security setting in ie make sure they are set to medium

Never mind iv sorted it, It was because my date and time was wrong due to an overclock that went wrong which i had to clear cmos. silly old me
