If BF3 is actually coming out in 2011, then definitely BF3!!
If it is and still comes out in 2011 it'll suck just like NV has.
Portal 2 tbh. Hands down.

Tie between Portal 2 and diablo 3.
Test Drive Unlimited 2 gets more disappointing every time they announce something new about it. It was my most anticipated game for 2011 a few months ago but it's not any more

if the leaked BLizzard release schedule is anywhere near reliable enough to go by, Diablo 3. 
Mass Effect 3, The Elder Scrolls 5, Bullet Storm, Shogun II: Total War, Guild Wars 2, Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad, Rage and F1 2011
Out of all that I will probably play 2-3 of them but that doesn't mean I can't anticipate their release
