Most bestest vehicle history check service

I don't think there is really any one bestest one - each has their strengths and weaknesses, I've tended to use Car Vertical though a bit expensive, though always use promotional codes where you can, as it tends to collate/display information in a useful way compared to some of the others.

I’ve always used Vcheck.

I refuse to use CarVertical, even with a discount it’s too expensive, and their marketing is just tiresome. It’s on everything!

and their marketing is just tiresome

If you use them the type of marketing they use to keep trying to get you to use them again is pretty tiresome as well. Seems kind of pointless to me as I use them when I need to LOL not just because.

I use total car check, its 3.99 and ive had info about when the car went through copart.

Some of these also have quidco or top cashback.

Used Vcheck when looking for my 4 series, no real issues and identified a car as having flood damage.

If it is a cheap car I just do a MOT check and if it is CAT, there is a free way to check if the car has a CAT.
You go on Autotrader and start creating an adv for that car, put the reg number and mileage, click in find details, on the next screen it will show if the car has a CAR under "Vehicle basic check"

Afternoon all, I was coming here to check the best tool for history checking I'm going to look at a car tomorrow for my son who just passed so the £3.99 TotalCarCheck gave me everything I was looking for!

I'm not spending mega money just a small car to get his insurance down and some time behind the wheel, and stop me being dads taxis ....
