Hi guys, im looking for a new gaming mouse. I suffer from pains in my fingers whilst playing and would like something a little more ergonomic. Any ideas or experiences with a comfy mouse?

Thanks

Hmmm tough one to answer, but are you sure you take enough breaks whilst playing? Best thing to do is to actually try different mice rather than solely going on suggestions from fellow members. I for instance use a Razer DeathAdder which for me is comfy but then again I no longer game much. (Will do when Witcher 2 is released :)

It's all subjective. Depends if you prefer big claw mice, small light mice, button position... The MX518 is pretty ergonomic for my big mits, if a bit heavy. Then you have the RAT that you can adjust ergonomically, although I think it's just OTT.

I have no problem with my old G5 ;) But as other have said i think it's down to personal opinion as it depends on hand size, the way _YOU_ feel comfortable etc

I had both MX518 and G5 although they are great mouse's they lack true ergonomics which I felt pain like you in my finger after an hour of gaming.

Recently got a G9X and I've gamed for 3-4 hour session (Bad Company 2) and feel very comfortable, no finger pains or hand feeling tired now.

So I would recommend the Logitech G9 or G9X (same). also come with 2 different types of grip to suit.

on side note: those adjustable Roccat mouses look good, but not used one so can't say.
