Most Common Stressors

People, especially those in positions of authority and responsibilty, not doing what they promise to do. Even more so in time-critical situations.

REALLY GRINDS MY GEARS.

Look up the SRRS (Social Readjustment Rating Scale).

Also, look at personality factors as predictors of stress, especially type A behaviour.

Commuting stress is a massive topic, as is stress in the workplace.

College Assignments
Money
Timekeeping
Transport

Hmmm, cant really think of anything else, hope it was enough for your project though :)

New job I hated 5/6 years ago. Made me very ill, of which I still feel the effects today.
Other smaller ones have been uni exams and uni + work deadlines.

1) eeejit people on the train
2) eeejit people on the underground
3) eeejit people on the bus
4) ALL of the above, especially those with pull-along trolleys/failing tickets/failing oyster cards
5) being late for anything
6) when you try to get a hold of someone on their phone and they don't answer
7) whenever I have to submit anything for a deadline - but that isn't every day - but about once/twice a week.

(I spend 4 hours a day commuting btw :( )
