Most complex game you know?

Football Manager.

"Oh you've won multiple trophies for us over the last few years but finished second this year. Sacked."

RPGs at least I can always get a handle on how the mechanics of the game work. So much of football manager seems to be controlled by black magic.

Agreed, got AFC Wimbledon to the premiership and eventually into the UEFA cup. Came mid table next season in the PREMIER LEAGUE and found myself jobless...

I loved this game, but unfortunately it was plagued with bugs which meant I had to give up on it. Real shame. Although, on their website it seems they've released a very delayed patch addressing a lot of issues, so maybe i'll have to give it another go.
