Most cooling Efficient pc case fans

I'll have my pc connected to cinema sound audio setup so a slight humming sound isn't an issue. As long as it dosn't sound like someone is flying a drone around my apartment I'm good. Any suggestions?

If you want silence or near enough then I can highly recommend the NB PL1.

I have one in my system and it's the easily the quietest fan and also the quietest I've come across.
