Most effecient modular PSU - £100 or less

This could possibly be a long shot but I am looking for a £100 or less modular Powersupply that can deal with -

GTX 560ti
3x Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm 1850 RPM
Akasa AK-188-WH 2 x 12" Cold Cathode - White
AMD Athlon ii x4 640 3.00ghz
Seagate 500gb 32mb HDD
320gb (unknown) HDD
MSI 870 - 770 socket AM3 board
Standard CD writer

current PSU 500w Elite.

The 650W Antec is fine for SLI GTX560ti also.

Thanks for the advice guys, another question which isn't particularly relevant, with that Corsair/antec modular PSU will I be able to use the NZXT 24-Pin ATX White Sleeved 25cm Extension Cable & the the 6 pin PCI-E variation of this cable with the powersupply.

Going for a white/black theme btw.

Those extensions will work fine.
