Ive just come off the phone to Sky and Im absolutely furious yet again with the way Im being treated. Can anyone tell me what is the most effective way to register a complaint with them in the hope of someone actually reading it?

Im not wanting to cancel at this point so I dont want to go down that route yet although I'm pretty close to it.

Don't want to send an email to the general customer service address if there is a better one to use?

what is it today with people not being able to google complaint handling procedures??

Have to follow the complaints handling procedure or they can ignore it and it screws you over if you ever wanted to go ombudsman to register your complaint.

Least apt username award goes to.....

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear but I can see where the "complaints" links are, I'm simply asking if there is a more effective method in peoples experience?

I have heard of people copying complaints to various organisations into other addresses and getting better results.

Thanks for taking the time to reply though.

No there won't be a better one as you need to follow the correct CHP otherwise if you don't and try taking it to the ombudsman they will just laugh you away. If you don't get a satisfactory response from sky within 8 weeks then take it to the ombudsman, but as I say unless you follow correct CHP they won't do anything
