I'm in the process of building a home CCTV system using Wireless IP Cameras. I need the most energy efficient PC running Windows 7 to connect the Wireless IP Cameras too.

Storage Solutions have an IP Camera for £100 that allows you to see the footage from your Android phone which is a massive plus for me :) But I also want it to record the footage onto a hard drive hence I need a Windows 7 PC that will be left on 24/7

My budget is around £200, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Yeah but you could pick up a 2.5@ SATA drive for peanuts and the Ram is just normal SODIMM stuff you find in most laptops, would still come out under £200 most likely.

I think the price for electricity difference is only going to be around 20 pounds a year, between normal small PC with AMD llano or Intel G series, but it would be much more capable as a system, and it would be quite easy to build it for 200 quid.

Quite easy to upgrade in future as well...
