most enjoyable rpg?

KOTOR 1&2 (yes I know the second had problems!) and Mass Effect - can't wait for the sequel.
I may as well tattoo 'BIOWARE FANBOY' on my forehead :D

Mine would be:

Kotor
FF series
Plus a few random old school ones from days gone by.
Plus perhaps WoW but really gone off it recently, and not sure if WoW could be counted as it is an MMO.
 
Baldur's Gate 2 ,The Witcher (Just as it was so refreshing), Revenant Weak Story loved the gameplay thou).

Looks like i should reattempt to get into Planescape: torment thou by the replies here but 1 question where are the shops in that game seriously.

There's a big market in Sigil? what the hell are you on about :), its not an action rpg, you shouldnt need to shop loads anyway.

i bought myself a lim lim. Now the tattoo parlor is where its at, the only shop you really need :)

1)Fallout series
2)Deus Ex series
3)Vampire Bloodlines
4)Gothic series
5)The Witcher
6)KOTOR series

I did not include Planescape Torment, because I have yet to finish that game - but once I do, I bet it will be my number 2 (because nothing ever beats Fallout)

Final Fantasy 7,8,10
Played all the other final fantasy except 11 but the above three stand out the most.

Diablo 2- when that first came out i must have played 300hrs easily into that game....still never got through nigtmare act 2:(
 
Showing my age here, but -

SSI AD&D Goldbox series (Pool of Radiance, Curse of the Azure Bonds, Secret of the Silver Blades, Pools of Darkness).
Eye of the Beholder 1 and 2 (3 was pretty poor).
 
KOTOR I and II, (don't know what they're thinking with this mmorpg stuff), Mass Effect (Eagearly waiting ME II), and Oblivion (Any news on tES 5?)
