Hi.
In September im due a upgrade/new contract.
I plan to milk a lot out of them, at least 200mins/2000 txts (on 200/1000 atm), along with a bit of data.
Anyway, ive just got a new phone for free(HTC TyTn), and dont want to have to upgrade again so soon, so i was thinking of getting the most expensive i could, and then flogging it, then using the money in the future for a SimFree of my choice.

So what brings the most for selling?
N95? 8800?

Thanks in advance all. :).

Nothing can touch the 8600, selling for £500 on flebay. But will probably cost you a fortune on a upgrade.

N95 are selling for under £300 and 8800 about sub £250.

LG 8600?

rather than 1000 extra texts you'd be better trying to negeociate the price of the upgrade phone down as i'm sure no one could possibly send that number of texts!

I dunno, I'd probably send around 1500 if I had more than 1000 to send.

Anyways, your best bet is an N95 because I expect you'll have to pay extra for the 8800 or 8600.

I, and i know quite a few other people who do, regularly use WAY more than a thousend, upto 1800 some months.

Ive been paying about £70 for the last few months, so i cant see even the most expensive upgrade available costing me much more than £50 or so.
Either way, its basically free money. :p

I can't understand why anyone would pay £500 for the 8600 on eBay when you can buy it sim free from Carphone Warehouse for £480!

Because people are stupid and some people just assume ebay is cheaper + some people don't leave their house and just buy everything online.

the Nokia 8800 is long in the tooth now, it's been around for about 18 months, the 8600 looks like it will hold it's value for a while so I'd get one of them for resale vale.

doggo

The 8800 ain't worth much now but surely the 8800 gold will hold its value for a very long time, considering its actually made out of gold and the gold alone mkust be worth a hell of a lot!
