Most hated player in Britain

I was working 2 weeks ago when this guy comes to the bar, tall guy around 45 and I mention Newcastle (they were playing on the screen at the time) and he says, "My best mates son plays for Newcastle".

I'm thinking, 'good for him, hope he breaks the youth team and first team', "Whats his name?" I ask.
"Titus Bramble" he replies...
"Ahh, he's awful" I retort, "Lots of potential, but always messing up"
"Thats the one, though he was awesome at Ipswich, before all the trouble started."
"The roasting?" I question.
"Amongst other things... I'm his minder and make sure he doesn't get bad press, unfortunately it's not easy with Keiron Dyer around"
"I can't stand Dyer, he seems like a ****" I snap back.
"He is, you should hear some of the stuff he does do, I've kept him out the papers more times than I'd like to admit, he hangs with the wrong crowd and says the wrong things, people don't like him, he'll be dead before he's 35." The man states, "...Thats Titus' problem, he's very impressionable, incapable of making his own decisions. His dad was desperate for him not to go to Newcastle, he wanted him as far away from Dyer as possible, he's bad news."

So there you go, fact that Dyer, is infact a ****.

Yep , 100% believable.
He epitomises everything I hate about premier league footballers.
His social life , however unpleasent it might be , would not bother me one bit if he produced on the pitch.
He doesnt and time and time again his injuries are blamed on his lifestyle.

My younger brother is pals with a kid called Martin Brittain , NUFC (alledged) first teamer.
The stories he tells of Dyers general nastiness towards the younger players and the youth team are awful , things like making them drink a pint of his urine in return for a cheque for £2000.

Ive seen him out and about in the town after games , drinking and carrying on with his "homies" , without a care in the world even after a pathetic home defeat.
Hes always with his minders and therefore its hard to get close enough to land a decent shot on his chin , but I will , one day.

Therefore I reinforce my comment from earlier in the thread.

I hope he gets AIDS :)
