Behind you... Naked!
As title.

I have now got Steam plonked onto my Lappy, I am also using PlayonLinux and Im getting some success, some failures there.

But, what is the most impressivle Linux game you know of... Or indeed, if a Windows game can be installed through the various means, what is that?

My own personal favourite is the WarHammer 40K Dawn of War however, I have not had much success the last time I tried it.

Similarly, UT 2004 and thats even got a Linux SH file on it for flips sake.

Serious Sam ?
You know... Thats one game I have never even considered having a play with!
I might give it a peek

L4D2?
Again, not played, but seen others play it.
I got No more room in hell... Any similarities or..?

AMD Drivers.
They have come a hell of a long way for sure, but are still I agree lacking.
The 2 laptops I gave capable of playing games has Intel on one ( so forget serious gaming ) and ATI 6570 I think? Its good enough at basic gaming etc, but not for serious stuff. Luckily it seems to be fairly automatic at this time, however every time I try manually installing the ATI Cats, the rigmarole I have to go through is not funny. nVidia are incredibly simple in comparison.

Again, my Linux Desktop PC is sporting a 250GT so thats fine, but its the Laptops I want to do the messing about on. They are stuck on ATI or Intel.

Can anyone tell me what differences there are between playonlinux and crossover?
Apart from one is free and the other isnt
Is crossover worth the money ?
