Most portable 'dock' program?

i format quite often, and would like to use a dock program, but one that i can easily copy settings for..

i don't mind having to copy reg entries out if they're all in the same place, but would prefer one that uses an xml or ini file for its locations (if that exists!)

any ideas anyone?

You might find what you are looking for here http://standalone.atspace.org/index.html its a list of standalone apps the dont require an install. I use a lot of these with my unattended XPCD.
