most powerful CPU for gigabyte DS3 rev 1.0 board?

Yep, did a little swap for a m8 with a Pentium D with one of those boards, Q9450 works just fine and my own 1.0 runs a Q6600 @ 3.6Ghz just fine and has done since G0 stepping came out.

Yup this is the one I think. So a Q6600 seems to be the order of the day.....
