One of the "reviews" I've seen shows the 6870 system as a whole topping out at 320 watts so your PSU should be ok but I would wait for a few more reliable sites to upload there results first. Wait until the morning/afternoon and checkout [H]'s, Anand, Toms etc and see what results they are getting, I don't think you will have any worries but it pays to be safe then sorry.

my system with a gtx460 (overclocked) hardly pushes 370 watts, so dont listen to people who say a 460 wont cut it. and that coolermaster is great.
