Most programs won't run any more?

u have a few more options i can think of lol virus boot disk cd , system restore and them format

boot disks http://www.techmixer.com/bitdefender-rescue-cd-with-auto-update-virus-definition-features/

bit defenders rescue disk http://download.bitdefender.com/rescue_cd/Old/

I think the time has come to try a system restore. I'll give that a try and see what happens.

Thanks for everyones help on this matter. I'll let you know how the system restore has gone asap.

Well on here it says...

Critical - Last hour 0 - 24 Hours 0 - 7 Days 2
Error - Last Hour 5 - 24 Hours 121 - 7 Days 257
Warning - Last Hour 0 - 24 Hours 10 - 7 Days 45
Information - Last Hour 193 - 24 Hours 2,163 - 7 Days 11,375
Audit Success - Last Hour 34 - 24 Hours 259 - 7 Days 1,000
Audit Failure - Last Hour 1 - 24 Hours 6 - 7 Days 24

But im not sure what any of this really means. Any idea?

error , drop down menu 5 errors in there , open 1 of the error's and you'll see ERROR ID: and a number next to it

All i can see is a column called 'Event ID'. In this column, there are numbers like 2, 100, 1000, 1002, 6008 and 10010.

Are these what you mean?
