Most quiet PSU?

I have the Antec High Current Gamer 520W, But I may be stupid but I want to get a modular PSU for better cable management.

But are there any brands, that are quiet or unnoticeable during running?
 
EVGA and Superflower have some PSUs that run at zero fan speed until a certain temp/load.
 
If you want pure silence, get the Superflower or Seasonic fanless PSUs that we stock, although if you don't want to pay the premium or need a higher wattage, one of the previously mentioned brands with zero fan technology would be your best bet.

When getting one of the fanless PSUs do we need to be careful with other airflow in the case? I am planning to use one in my node 304 which is all pretty cramped and is on 24/7 as its running low power server.
 
Corsair RM650 - My fan has never spun since I got it in April. Silent.
