Hi guys,

Currently using a Antec 902, and and well, things are a little cramped inside. I also understand that when it comes to replacing my 4870x2 in the near future I've got absolutely no hope of shoehorning a 5870 or a 5970 in there unless I'm prepared to bust out a hacksaw.

Obviously, the Corsair 800D is the most obvious solution, but £200 quid for a case is a bit 'ouch' - I'm wondering if there is something of a similar size without a similar price tag.

Any advice appreciated.

Haf 922, it's very big (big enough to fit in a 5970), costs around £90 and has good cooling. Since your looking for both value for money and size I think it's one of the best options you could consider and can be got with or without a window.

And looks foul.

I guess someone has to be a fan of over-used plastic and mesh, but OMG its ugly.

I would say functionality over looks. its got good airflow, tons of space for more fans in all the important places and has good cable management. also a lot cheaper than many others. some say its on par with the antec 1200. but i dont know seeing as i havent used the antec 1200.

There's nothing wrong with the looks, it's a bit better than the original dominator. Everybody is so obsessed with case looks nowadays but when people ask what they suggest it's just a dull grey/black box, i don't get it.
