Most recognised/vauled Linux cert?

It's that time of year that I do my trainning requirements, and I would like to know what its the most recongised/valued linux certification?

I'm going to ask for it, not sure if work will pay for it; but if I don't ask, I'll wont get.

I'm going for the RHCE cert in august (companys a part of redhat) i'm bricking it though haha..

LFCE is pretty good: http://training.linuxfoundation.org/certification/lfce

I have strong feelings against Red Hat's exam process due to the way they run exams and provide feedback.

I've got a RHCE for RHEL 6 ... probably do my RHEL 7 one later in the year once I have a reasonable amount of hands on time with it (currently doing the Implementing RHEL 7 course via the partner portal at the moment).

The RHCE exam(s ... you need to do the RHCSA too) are not easy though and you really need to have a good amount of knowledge and experience if you are going to pass.
