I doubt Keo would be as good in this country, even if it is directly imported.

Like Guiness, that's supposed to be exactly the same as the draught served in Dublin, but it's just not! It's never the same!

I find that Fanta icy Lemon is an uber refreshing drink in this heat, as for beer - i'd have to say an ice cold Krony Blanc, i find it tastes better in a bottle than the grandaddy of white/fruity beers, Hoegarden.

I suppose you're right about the importing. Though normally they are brewed locally to the country under licencing as it's often cheaper than mass import/export I would have guessed. I'm going to miss my crates of the stuff

Ouzo, diluted with water 50/50. Then placed in a freezer for 45 min until it's almost freezing over. :cool:

So is Arak - the lebanese equivalent. It is great ice cold. I don't put it in the freezer I just reduce the amount of water and shove lots of ice in it

Citrus Clear Lucozade is the drink I find the most refreshing, especially if it's real cold.

You occasioanlly can get the lemon and lime flavoured one (which imho is the best) but generally from obscure places.

Last time I saw it was in a shop at London St Pancras station.

I'm trying to drink less coke as it can't be doing me much good but these dam flavoured water drinks kinda suck eggs. Coke is not refreshing but it makes me feel happy when I drink it.
