Mot failure question

My front jacking points along the sill have split open because some muppet didnt put the jack in the right place, would this fail an mot?

I think only if there are sharp jagged edges etc but could be wrong.

I think the only problem would be with the no holes within x inches of certain structural points thing.

What structural points should I be worrying about?

The anchors for all the suspension components are about 60cm away on a diagonal and they are all bolted to a subframe that bolts to the car about 40cm from the jacking points as well as accross the centre of the car.

I will be getting the points repaired next weekend but I have no mot and need the car this week.
