MOT Valid Until date?

Just a quick question, My mot on my car is Valid until 23rd of September. Does not sound 100% obvious to me but does that mean that the MOT will be valid on the 23rd. Or does it run out on the 23rd and therefore cant drive it on the 23rd?

Yea i know that, but what i am not 100% sure on is if valid until means that it will be ok to drive it on the 23rd or if i can only drive it until midnight on the 22nd

Thats great thank you! car is being scrapped so i will drive it to a scrap yard on the 23rd
