motherboard and cpu combo

Hi

I am after ordering a mobo and cpu for a family member with a max budget of £250,capable of gaming and multitasking.

He already has his other parts like 8gig of DDR3 Crucial ballistix 1600mhz,R9 280 600watt psu 64bit windows 24" monitor.

Any help would be welcomed as i am going round in circles trying to figure out what would be the best for the money.

It's a full size ATX tower, also I forgot to mention future overclocking

Will overclock too. A bigger heatsink will help do this.

It is not a "weekly" thing, been around for ages and I expect to remain around for ages.
