Basically i have ruined the motherboard recently so i am i need of a new one and a cpu cooler too. What would you recommend? i intend to overclock the i7 cpu again to 4.5 ghz ~

also is it worth it to get another 8gig of ram? i mainly game with pc , i don't do any video editing or anything of the sort.
