1)Man...use some proper English and grammar.
2)Edit out the swear word.
3)Edit out the competitor reference.
4)Try reinstalling the game? I've not really understood the problem in all honesty. Do you mean that when you're in the game itself you press a key - and then the motherboard beeps? What spec do you have?

I think you will find if you try that in other games (holding down 3 or more keys for a prolonged time) it will beep...I can't remember the exact reason at the moment, probably some form of sticky keys or something.

I will have a look into it anyway.

Oh yeah, take out the sh etc word :)

I think its to do with sticky keys, I had the same problem in CS etc when I used to play...

Go to control panel, accessibility options, then look if sticky keys (Or anything else for that matter) is selected in the keyboard tab.

Seem to recall that the PC can only process 3 keys at once (for windows compatibility I suppose....cntrl alt del), and pushing more generates an upset noise from the motherboard.
Do not know if both PS2 and USB are affected the same way.
I can't test as I have no case speaker (thankfully).

isnt this jsut to do with the keyboard limiting keypresses, hence why "gaming" keyboards advertise the fact they can support around 7 simulataneos key presses without causing an issue?

I though everyone knew that cheapo standard keyboards dont support more than 2 key presses at the same time. PS2 limits it more than usb but it is by no means the cause of the problem since the Zboard on a PS2 interface can do 7 keypresses.

Must be at least 3...cntrl alt del in windows and cntrl alt prntscrn to talk to a linux kernel directly.

Think it's the 4th key that triggers the complaining mobo.

You may also find that "gaming" keyboards use complex drivers which treat the device as a totally different class of device, or some other HID device, and then emulate keyboard functionality. In fact I seem to recall a post here about one that had forgotten how to be a keyboard.
That's just supposition as I do not own one, but anyone who does can tell simply by plugging it in without installing any drivers and seeing if "USB keyboard" and "USB HID" are the devices that windows reports as having just been connected and detected, and if it can do 7 keys before drivers are installed.
