Sent in my motherboard as it decided to pack in.

The motherboard was only bought in october.

They say it will take 28 days to fix but its a brand new motherboard, shouldnt they just replace it?

Can gigabit be contacted directly?

Im loosing business because of this manufacturing fault.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to speed things up?

Thing is, I had to send it to overclockers and they sent it to gigabyte. Now OC wont give me a replacement because when they recieve the repaired motherboard it wont have all the cables and cd's etc so they cant sell it.

Im having to make do with doing CAD on a totesey wee Samsung N230! no the the best!
