Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me if the motherboard in the image is the correct size of the case? It is a micro ATX form factor motherboard and a micro ATX case, but it seems like quite a large motherboard compared to the case so would appreciate someone's help (the mobo is still in the plastic wrapping, hence the reflection):

No i cant see picture but i found the case online and all it says is
Case Specifications
Form Factor: Micro ATX
Motherboard Support: Micro ATX, Mini ITX

This is your motherboard size Micro-ATX (244 x 215 mm)

I can't attach an image on here. The reason I ask is because the mobo reaches down to just above the top of the PSU slot at the back O and just above the slots for the SSD/HDDs at the front. Is that normal?

Motherboards often sit just above the psu best to check the CiT F3 builds on youtube so you can see how there motherboards fit so you have an idea if its correct.

check this build

It looks like it should work. Just a bit afraid of making a mistake in the build.

At the end of the day a micro-ATX motherboard is going to fit into a micro-ATX case. That's the point of having standards.

An easy tips is this: count the PCI slot openings in the rear of the case. Count the PCIe and PCI slots in the motherboard. If the motherboard has the same or fewer, you're ok.

My asus h81m-plus matx motherboard never fitted in the kolink satalite matx case.
