Motherboard change help

I have been thinking of buying a new motherboard for my pc as i have been having a few problems. I have a JW-IP35-PRO (http://www.jwele.com/motherboard_detail.php?91) that came as a bundle with a intel Q6600 2.4 cpu and 4gig of ocz reaper ddr2. I have 2 problems and they are: I have a 4gig corsair stick that always locks up or won't pick up when i connect it to my usb sockets but it works fine on my laptop and my brothers pc and the other problem is i have a 1tb esata external hard drive and what happens is when i turn my pc on from cold start the pc won't boot untill i've pressed the reset button but if i do a cold start without the hd conected it will boot everytime but if i turn the hd on when in windows it won't pick up. The hd works fine on my bro's pc. I have also been thinking of overclocking so a gud overclocker motherboard would be ideal.

This one would do you well, if its too much then let us know what your budget is? and can try a lower spec

My buget is around £130 but may pay more for somthing special.

In that case go for the one I specced, very good, and very stable

Thanks for The info but i went for the Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P as i never heard of biostar. I also brought a Tuniq Tower 120-LFB CPU Cooler as i've been thinking of overclocking my Q6600 cpu but i have never overclocked anything before. Any tips or walkthroughs on overclocking the board and cpu would be greatful.
