Having a look at the coolingconfigurator; the motherboard I am going to get doesnt have a full block so I want to get the independent parts

What do I need? On the site I see..

EK-Supreme HF - Full Nickel
EK-Supreme LT Nickel
EK-Supreme LTX - Nickel

What are these different letters? HF/LT and LTX?

So it's just the chipset which gets cooled? You can't cool the voltage regulator thing which gets very hot?

In the top post the HF, LT, LTX are referring to cpu block types. Checking the EK configurator site reveals that there are no chipset/mosfet blocks available for that motherboard, so you are stuffed unfortunately. You could try and bodge something but you need to measure your bolt hole spacings on each block and see any general blocks match or could be modded. Looking at a pic of that mobo, the top mosfet blocks looks ginormous, that will probably be your hardest block to match. Things like this are doable but you often have to come up with novel ways of clamping the block to the mobo if the holes don't line up correctly.
