Motherboard + CPU compatible?

I am looking to build a super low cost mATX mediaplayer, but i am lost in AMD compatibility.

Will the two products listed work together?

ECS GeForce6100PM-M2 V7.0 GeForce 6150SE Motherboard > LINK <
AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 250 3.00GHz (Socket AM3) > LINK <

if not what board will work with the CPU?
