Hi my friend is building/upgrading his PC and needs cpu and mobo that will be cost effective and match the gpu which is a RTX5070 price range below £320.

MSI MAG Z690 Tomahawk, yeah I know it was a strange pairing in the first place, he's plan was always to upgrade to a better cpu in the future but never happened.
